Monday & Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00PM,
Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday 06:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekends and Holidays:
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Preferred Boarding Check In Time is between 10AM and 2 PM
No Boarding Drop-Off’s After 2:00PM without prior approval from “The Big Dawg.”
Your dog needs time to run, play and get acquainted prior to closing time!
Daycare Hours
Drop off / Pick Up Daycare Dogs Anytime During Normal Business Hours, Monday through Friday! (Sorry, we no longer have Daycare on Weekends and limited availability during Holiday Periods.)

We must ensure that every reservation we accept is highly likely to occur, so that we can provide our service to as many clients as possible, Late cancellations are highly discouraged.
